Centerpiece  - the wonderful Mermaid Favor Cake by Party Starters (so glad I won  that wonderful giveaway just in time for her party)
Jumbo Pasta Shells painted and jewels glued on (by my  daughter)

Streamers  to give it that under the sea look

Treasure Hunt and a Water Relay Race (again, the  games didn't come from one place totally, but sites like http://familyfun.go.com/parties/mermaid-party-704811/  and http://www.amazingmoms.com/htm/party_little_mermaid_birthday.htm  offer a lot of help, especially when you add your own creativity)Using the internet and a bit of searching Tiffany was able to create this amazing party!
