Sorry for the delay today, I thought it was only Wednesday today....oops! This tasty treat, I found here, is one of my family's favorites. I have made this with mint oreos and also with mint chocolate chips for the coating, so yummy! This recipe calls for Bakers chocolate but I always just use chocolate chips. These would be another fun treat to have at a party, you can even put them on sticks like cake pops! I can't wait to hear how many of you have tried these already or are going to go out and buy the ingredients today. ;)
