With Halloween only a week and half away, how about some candy for color inspiration!!

 I took this picture around the 4th of July last year and think this bowl would be perfect right now in the Fall filled with soup or chili. 

Can't you feel the warmth in the rich colors I pulled from this photo. 

Makes me want to put on a fuzzy sweater and cuddle up in front of the fire place. 

Colors Inspired #13

I am constantly taking photos of random things with amazing color schemes that inspire me. While going through the hundreds of photos I have taken over the past few years I wondered why am I not using these. All of these photos are just sitting in files, not very inspiring at all. So, I have decided to start a little project called "Colors Inspired". I am going to use these photos and pull from them the colors that inspire me and hopefully inspire you as well. Whether you are a paper crafter, seamstress, home decorator,  cake or cookie artist, (just to name a few) these color schemes could easily work for all of us!

This photo was taken at a local nursery last year that also carries all kinds of fun and unique decor. I am in love with these colors!! What do you think? What project could you incorporate these colors into?
