I just love the tea inspired party that Pam and I put together on Tuesday, I am so ready to enjoy some tea and scones on Friday for the big day now! So I had to find a great recipe to go along with this theme for today, are you ready for some jolly good scones? These are super easy to make and as Pam and my family will attest, super yummy!!! I found this recipe here, and I really love the way they turned out. Over the past few years I have made my fair share of scones and this has to be the easiest recipe I have used yet, and I will only use this one from now on. When I made these, I did use 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour and 1 1/2 cups of all purpose and it did not change the texture at all, you could probably do more whole wheat if you wanted to.
