Halloween Flags

I have another freebie for you today. I created these Halloween flags for my daughter to wrap around pencils for her classmates along with another treat. Just like the Halloween costume ideas that are still changing here, our favor idea has changed as well. SO...I thought I would offer these up to you, to use for either classroom treats, treats for co-workers or for those goodies you will be handing out to trick or treaters on Monday night.
