Lemon, Mango & Periwinkle Vendor Challenge

Happy Friday! It's been a crazy busy, but fun week and before it is over I wanted to share another feature that I was included in. Along with a few of my blogging friends/vendors I put together a Bridal Dessert Table for the Best Wedding Sites "May/June" Vendor Challenge. The color scheme for this dessert table was lemon, mango and periwinkle. I had the honor of working with Maria from Studio Sisters Photography, who took all of the photos for this shoot. Here are a couple of photos she took of the Ruffled Cake Favor set that I made for this display.

Aaaak, I need your help friends. I am slowly sliding down the Top 25 list of Party Plannin' Moms over at Circle Of Moms site. I realize that I am up against some extremely popular ladies, heck I only have 10% the "fans" that some of them have, so it's no wonder. BUT a girl can dream and I would be honored to be in the top 25. This Party Plannin' stay at home Mama is supporting a family of 5 (hubby hasn't had any luck on the job front as of yet) and needs all the free advertising I can get. OK on to Motivate Me Monday! Seriously this photo has got me all kinds of motivated and its not just because I am hungry! What a fantastic idea for weddings...weddings she says... heck yeah! Who says you HAVE to serve cake at your wedding?? Why not do a  mini pies, and mini cakes combo! Of course these mini pies would be fabulous for any occasion. The first thing that comes to mind is a 4th of July BBQ, wouldn't it be fun to have a side table full of different pies! BRING ON SUMMER!!

Inspiration for a Fairy Party

A quickie today friends. Getting ready for my baby brother to help me bake the day away with the kids! SO excited, he is visiting from CA and I don't get to see him near enough!!!

So I thought I would share some gorgeous inspiration boards all from Style Me Pretty. I absolutely adore Style Me Pretty, their photos are so beautiful and of course inspiring!!  There are pieces of each of these that I would love to incorporate into Aly's Fairy Party this weekend.
