Today I wanted to share a recipe for homemade marshmallows that I found here, have any of you made them before? I made some a couple of years ago and was very impressed at how easy they were to make, but a little messy. This recipe is different than what I made before, but I am thinking I will have to try this one out myself very soon. Maybe a quick easter treat instead of all the processed peeps and such. I personally love chocolate covered marshmallows and can't wait to try to make some...maybe even this weekend! Please let me know if you have tried or are going to try these! ~Dawn
