Create My Party by Truly Chic Inspiration {Entry #8}

Happy Thursday!
Today's Create My Party entry is by one of my Bestie blogging and Twitter friends, Melissa from Truly Chic Inspiration.  Melissa and I share a lot in common, so it was really fun to see what she came up with for my party!

Here is Melissa's party proposal in her own words:

Cupcake Flavors/Ideas~

Cupcake #1 source: Celebrations.com  This recipe seems a little complex, but I had to post it because it looks perfect!!! Any type of frosting would work, just make it green! For the guests have the chocolate shaving ready to top or let them make the shavings.

Cupcake #2 source:
Gather around the table  Oreos!!! Can't go wrong!  Plus simple for you and your birthday guests- Frost cupcakes with regular white buttercream. Crush 1-2 oreos and sprinkle on top.

Cupcake #3 source:
All things cupcake Gotta have a Keylime cupcake!!!  Who wouldn't wanna put this together and garnish with lime?!?!?

Cupcake#4 source:
Saint Cupcake Tradition chocolate & chocolate buttercream frosting. Then of course garnish with confetti birthday sprinkles!

Decor must haves~

Coolest Cupcake Stand right!?!?! source: here.  Would make for a fun DIY project

Flowers!!! Gotta have fresh flowers- even a small amount in my opinion bring a warm elegent feeling.

Paper Lanterns- very inexpensive and can be spray painted any color.  I picture them hanging over the cupcake/cocktail table.

Flower napkin rings- source: here Another fun DIY project!  These don't have to be used as napkin rings, try them on the base of the guests drink glasses or simply set around the cupcake table.
Signature Drink ~

Pam's Appletini

1 1/2 oz Smirnoff® Green Apple Twist vodka
1 oz DeKuyper® Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
Stir ingredients together with crushed ice in a cocktail/martini glass, and serve.
Drink source: here

I soooo think you need to drink out of your BIG glass!! You are the Birthday girl ;)

To add in your love of music....How about garnish your drink!  Add this to fruit or fruit peel in your signature drink. Simple & Cute!

  Happy Early Birthday Pam!!

Thank you so much Melissa for entering your proposal, I love it all!A big thank you to all of YOU who have been following my blog and checking out all of these amazing entries! I still have a couple more, so stay tuned!
Hugs,
Pam
